Our friends at Skill Wizard in London are upping their game with a bigger show, an unbeatable line-up and a legendary heavy metal venue. This Thursday (June 17th) the Wizard presents a frankly incredible bill of ‘weed metal’ without the slightest weak link, Mastodon et al aren’t fit to lick their boots!

Headlining are Weedeater, the legendary self styled ‘cave metal’ sludge from North Carolina. Bassist “Dixie” Dave Collin recently shot off his own big toe with a shotgun. That’s an average week for these guys.

Saviours are Oaklands masters of the riff and pure metal fury. These Sup favourites have recently somehow raised their game from merely devastating to completely mind-blowing.

The heaviest two-piece band on the planet. Black Cobra are the last word in sludge. This pacy two piece are one of the most inspiring, tight, heavy (and super cool) live bands on the planet. These guys are genuinely unmissable live.

Another two piece opens the show in the shape of Pombagira. This husband / wife team are one of London’s most respected metal bands and arguably the best doomers in town. They bring a wall of amps, massive riffing and tasteful structures. They’re killing it live too right now.
