Tour Diary: FM Belfast

Words & Photos by FM Belfast

SO!

The last days of the tour were super great and hard. We had little time to rest between shows but we somehow managed to pull ourselves together before shows and dance like maniacs and jump like it was 1984 and being cool and serious hadn’t been invented yet.

Of the 22 gigs we played only two ware hard (one canceled and one with the PA dropping out all the time) all others were really good and our goal of making people dance worked every time.

We had 3 different lineups in the band on this tour. those who played are: Örvar from múm, Unnsteinn from Retro Stefson, Björn Borko from Borko and Egill Eyjólfsson not to mention the standards: Lóa, Árni & Árni.

Our last gig of the tour was Immergut festival in Germany, it was the perfect end to a great tour (see it here). The crowd even broke the wooden floor due to all the jumping.

Now we are home to collect energy for the summer festivals!
